One School, One Team

Teachers work together as a team. This approach provides each member with support as they exercise their individual strengths. Areas of expertise in Early Childhood Education include behavior management, curriculum design, material selection and classroom environment. Teachers in the program pride themselves in providing individual attention to the children and their parents.

Teacher qualifications exceed MA Department of Early Education and Care requirements. All staff are Director qualified by the state. Degrees in Early Childhood Education compliment all members of the teaching ensemble. Teachers hold current CPR and First Aid training certificates through the National Safety Council.

Regular meetings assess program needs, track goals and review performance. A continuous education plan provides educators with new knowledge through course training, seminars, conferences and associations.

Parents have access to all members of the staff for personal consultation and feedback.
